Roofing Service Areas Around The Village, OK
We work on homes in The Village and the towns around it, from Nichols Hills to Yukon. Every visit starts the same way. We trace a leak or a damaged slope to its actual cause before we recommend repair or replacement, so you pay for the right fix once.

Where our crews work
Our home base is The Village, and much of our roof repair, roof inspections and roof replacement work happens a short drive away in Nichols Hills, Warr Acres, Bethany and Oklahoma City. We also work north in Edmond, east in Midwest City, Del City and Spencer, and west in Yukon and Piedmont.
Distance does not change the process. On every roof we check the decking, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vents and gutters before writing anything down. Each problem spot is photographed, and the estimate is broken out line by line so you can see which part of the work costs what. If your town is not on this list, mention where your home is when you call and we will tell you whether we can reach it.

What roofs face across the Oklahoma City metro
Hail and spring wind
Spring storms bring hail and straight-line wind across the whole metro. Hail bruises asphalt shingles and knocks granules loose, which leaves the asphalt exposed to UV and shortens its life before anything leaks. Wind lifts tabs and breaks the seal strip underneath. We separate storm damage from ordinary wear so a storm damage repair estimate matches what actually happened to your home.
Summer heat and winter ice
Long stretches of summer heat dry out the rubber boots around plumbing vents until they crack and let water run down the pipe into the attic. In winter, ice storms and quick freeze-thaw swings can push water up under shingles at the eaves, especially where gutters are clogged. Many leaks that look like a bad shingle start at one of these spots.
Housing age and roof styles
Older areas closer to the city center have plenty of mid-century ranch homes with low-slope sections, layered reroofs and plank decking that may be soft or widely spaced. Newer subdivisions farther out tend to have steeper, cut-up rooflines with more valleys and step flashing. Both change what a repair or replacement involves and what it costs.
Reroof permits
A full reroof usually calls for a city permit somewhere in the metro, and each city runs its own application and inspection visit a little differently. Where a permit applies, we file for it and book the inspector, so that paperwork stays off your plate.
Insurance deductibles
Plenty of Oklahoma homeowner policies apply a separate deductible to wind and hail losses, apart from the standard one. We record what the storm did with dated photos and roof measurements and walk you through how a claim usually proceeds, but the coverage decision belongs to your adjuster.
Tell us what you are seeing on your roof
Let us know what you have noticed, such as a water spot on a ceiling, a drip in the attic or shingles in the yard after high wind, and which town your home is in. We will set a time to look at the roof, find the cause and explain what it needs. Building owners can ask about commercial roof repair and commercial roof replacement on the same call.
